Watch 1000 people eat an extremely hot chilli pepper at the same time
WOULD YOU DARE to eat one of the spiciest chilli peppers in the world?
Claus Pilgaard, a Danish YouTuber who is renowned for his love for chilli peppers and everything spicy, challenged 1000 people in Copenhagen to eat ‘ghost peppers’ to promote his new book.
The ghost pepper is one of hottest chilli peppers in the world, rated at over 1 million Scoville units – that’s the official rate of measurement for the heat of a chilli pepper.
To put things into perspective, Tabasco sauce ranges from 2,500 to 5,500 units. Yeah.
Suffice to say, it looks like a lot of these people regretted their decision moments after biting into the pepper. Nasty.
